DOORS 9.4 - Silent install on Windows 7

I cannot seem to get my silent install bat file to work. Anyone else successfully do this on a 32 bit windows 7 machine?

Here is the string:

start /wait .\setup.exe /s /v /l*v \"C:\Users\Public\doors_client\install.log\" /qn INSTALLDIR=\"C:\Program Files\IBM\Rational\DOORS\" CLIENTDATA=\"36677@xxxx\" LAPAGREE=\"Yes\" TLLICENSESERVER=\"19353@yyyy\"

I don't get any error messages and the install.log never gets created.
I have verified that the doors_client folder exists.

Thanks for your feedback. Got the installer to run, however the install failed:

Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: IBM Rational DOORS 9.4. Product Version: 9.40.0000. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: IBM Corporation. Installation success or error status: 1603.

Any ideas?

I have to install from a network drive - could this be the issue?

You are running this as administrator (right click on the .bat file and choose "run as administrator")?

Win 7 seems to be very touchy about that...

When I try to run as Administrator - nothing happens - and yes I have privileges to do so.
